Vegan cosmetics have become increasingly popular and the trend continues to thrive. The term “vegan” is not regulated. It usually refers to products that do not contain any animal products and they are “Cruelty Free”. However, cruelty free cosmetics are not the same as vegan. Cruelty free means that the products are not tested on animals but does not mean that they are free from animal products.

If you have Celiac Disease, gluten free cosmetics are a must, especially in the case of lipstick and similar products. Lucky, many cosmetic companies are becoming hip to this and are eliminating gluten from their products. Some are labeling, others are providing lists of gluten free products and many are excluding it from all their products.
Little girls dream of the day. The day they walk down the aisle in a breath-taking white gown and say I do. But now that we are adults and it's actually time to get married we know what the day is really all about--it's the pictures! The most important job on your big day is to look flawless in your photos.
When I don't have the time for a real vacation I take weekenders or extended weekenders if I can. Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, Mammoth and Vegas are some of my favorite places to relax and burn off steam. A quick get-away with friends energizes me and helps me get through what lies ahead.
