These NaturoPatches can be applied as needed to give me the full aromatherapy experience anytime, anywhere! The company uses 100% pure essential oils contained in a thin gel biocompatible adhesive that goes on smooth and stays discreetly hidden when applied to the back of the shoulder or the chest. My body heat keeps it releasing the aroma throughout the day or night.

My favorite is the Lemongrass aromatherapy patch – it’s a focus aid that helps me multitask even on stress-filled days without losing my cool. Peppermint and Ylang ylang undertones help clarify the lemongrass’ effects, alliviating mental fatigue and sharpening my wits!

At night, I simply walk into the shower with the patch on, and it loosens as I bathe, to peel off without any pain. If I’m too wired to sleep, I simply replace the patch with a Lavender/chamomile/jasmine blended one to help me relax and drift off to sleep.
